Digital Doors was created as a place for me to blog and share resources that I think would be helpful for teachers integrating technology in meaningful ways in their classroom. My goal would be to write a blog post a week, but with my busy schedule, that doesn't happen. I write when I can and rely on nifty tools to help me share what I am finding when I don't have time to write.

This is a video created by my students as a public service announcement for Heifer International. We plan to show the video at our Heifer Night for our school production of Beauty and the Beast. We are also entering the video into a contest at NCCE called Digitalkies. Last year we won in our the Elementary PSA category with another PSA for Heifer with an Aladdin theme. We had a lot of fun writing the song and animating the animals with a program called Crazy Talk. Writing parodies is a great language arts skill. We wrote another parody earlier this year to enter a contest. Born to Be Wired was great fun.
