Digital Doors was created as a place for me to blog and share resources that I think would be helpful for teachers integrating technology in meaningful ways in their classroom. My goal would be to write a blog post a week, but with my busy schedule, that doesn't happen. I write when I can and rely on nifty tools to help me share what I am finding when I don't have time to write.

30 Days To Build a Better Blog

I have taken on the challenge to build a better blog in 30 days. Steve Dembo at Teach42.com has created this challenge to encourage us bloggers to spiff up our blogs. Today's challenge is to update my About Me page. I have several different blogs hosted on Blogger. When I jumped into this challenge, I found that I only get one About Me page for all of my blogs. This made it a bit more of a challenge. I think that what I might do is compose a new "About Me" post and then provide the link in a prominent place instead of using the "About Me" features provided by Blogger. But for now, I have updated my "About Me" information and information about the blog itself.

Hi Martha,
I'm glad we're participating in the blog challenge together. I didn't update my about me blurb, but I did do like you suggested and wrote an about me post. I don't know about you, but I hope I have the time to maintain my participation in this bodacious blogging event. Happy blogging to you!
